Data Deletion Request
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data from our systems at any time.
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon receiving your request, we will delete all personal data associated with your account, including:
- Instagram messages and conversation history
- User profile information
- Comments and story reply data
- Audio messages and voice notes
- Account settings and configuration
- Analytics and usage data
Some data may be retained if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as billing records for tax compliance). We will inform you if any data must be retained and the reason for retention.
How to Request Deletion
Send an email to privacy@sellbychat.ai with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your account
- The Instagram account(s) connected to our service
- Any additional details to help us locate your data
Deletion Timeframe
We will process your data deletion request within 30 days of receiving it. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
If we need additional information to verify your identity or locate your data, we will contact you within 5 business days of receiving your request.
